Ogham



Ogham is a form of writing used from around the third to sixth century CE. It consists of about twenty letters, they can all be translated to English.There are three main opinions on the origin of this strange form of writing, the first opinion is that it came from a certain way of writing runes. Others believe that it was inspired by the Roman alphabet and the third opinion is that it was invented and did not stem from anywhere.  Ogham is read from bottom to top and goes along a straight vertical line. It is divided into four groups that each contain five letters. This is what it looks like...
