That book you just read, it was amazing wasn't it?
You know the one 300 or more pages, the most absorbing, wonderfully written book, the one without the unimaginative story? The one that after months you still can't get out of your head and that you've reread more than once. Yes I know that you've read it again and again. It is a great book in your opinion, one of the best of it's kind and yet no sequel! I mean why, why would the author not write a sequel? The book was amazing, tons of people have read it and even more know about it. So why no sequel? Especially as they made the characters come to life inside your imagination and left you feeling that you knew them. Seriously someone who wrote a book like that couldn't be so unfair. Could they?
I mean there was that amazing, awful cliffhanger that left everyone who read it wanting to read more. It was very well written too. Seriously you didn't know how it's going to end until the cliffhanger, and even then... well it's a cliffhanger, it's pretty self explanatory. You don't know what will happen to the characters but you know that whatever happens will be interesting and unexpected. Really, you think the author wouldn't write a cliffhanger if they never intended to write a sequel? Not many if any standalone books have cliffhangers. I mean cliffhangers in stand alone books are so irritating. Especially in this one, it was so frustrating you want to write a letter to the author to complain about it and plead with them to write the next book as soon as possible.
Even if you want to scream at the author you have to admit anyone who wrote a book like that couldn't have been a terrible author. At worst they are probably mediocre, at best well...amazing (even if they write cliffhangers in standalone books). Who is the cover artist? Did you even bother to check? I mean an artist who decorated a book like that couldn't have been...average. Could he/she? Basically the book was amazing and those who worked on it should be congratulated and thanked as well as criticizing them for the cliffhanger!
You still remember the first time you turned the page and was drawn into that realm of adventure. It was exciting, exhilarating, wonderful, full of intrigue, mysterious characters, and action. You know, all of those wonderful attributes that you can never find more than three or four of in a book. The next time you read it was almost as good, you still felt that surge of adrenaline, still found something new about it and was still amazed by the strength and endurance of the characters. By the fourth our fifth read it's getting a bit predictable and you feel the need to read something else. Do not read it six times in a row though or it will be boring.
You're looking through the aisles hoping to find something to cheer you up when suddenly. What is this? You think to yourself. Hmm looks interesting possibly as good as your favourite book. It looks really similar too. Who wrote it? you wonder. The same author! What's that it says... It says that it's a sequel! Could it be-could it be the same author? It is, it's the sequel you never expected!
You rush to the check out, book clutched in your hand. Then race home as fast as you can. Get out, lock the car,get in and curl up in your favorite reading spot. All at once you get sucked into that beautiful, wonderful realm of imagination you missed so much. The characters they're all just as you remember, you feel yourself getting absorbed into the book and you think Yes this is awesome!

Really good blog just make sure all you grammer is correct and maybe use more of the magic 3.
